It all started with two pals, a few too many dark rums mixed with a J2O (don’t knock it till you try it!) , and some highly questionable jokes in the corner of their local pub. You know the kind - the ones that have you gasping for air, tears streaming down your face, while the table next to you debates whether to call the police or just clutch their pearls a little harder.
On one side, the older generation throwing us side-eyes like we’d personally offended the Queen and country. On the other, Gen Z looking appalled - like we’d just insulted their emotional support water bottle. And there we were, stuck in the middle, roaring with laughter at the most inappropriate comments made at each other.
Because apparently, the list of what we can’t say just keeps getting longer. Women shouldn’t swear. You can’t joke about this. You definitely can’t joke about that. And suddenly, amidst the carnage of a near-spit-take and a muttered “The youth of today…” from the table next to us, a thought hit—wouldn’t it be great if you could spot your people from a mile away?
